Registration for the in-person Dental Implant Conference, Anesthesia Assistants Review Course and Anesthesia Assistants Skills Lab is now closed. Those who wish to register may fax a form to AAOMS by Dec. 4. After Dec. 4, those who wish to register must do so onsite at Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk.
Online-only Access registration will be accepted until 11 p.m. EST Dec. 31.
Registrants of both the in-person and online-only program will have access to general sessions and the preconference program as archived recordings for 60 days.
Online-only registration offers a live-stream of the general sessions Dec. 6 and 7 as well as access to archived session recordings for 60 days. This is a convenient alternative for those who are unable to travel to Chicago. Participants will be able to log in from their home, office or wherever they are to join the sessions and earn CDE/CME credit. The archived content will be accessible for 60 days. Two didactic preconference sessions on Dec. 5 also will be offered to the online audience for an additional fee.

A reduced rate is offered for general dentists and other dental professionals. AAOMS members who wish to invite other dental professionals to the conference can provide them with a promotional code for a reduced registration fee. Registration Instructions
Click one of the Registration buttons above. To register yourself, click the Register Now button and proceed with the following steps. To register others within your practice, click the Register Someone Else button and proceed with the following steps. Note: You will be able to register multiple attendees from your practice without logging out or entering your credit card information multiple times:
- Enter your email address; click the Continue button.
AAOMS members (including allied staff members) and others with an email on file with AAOMS:
You will be prompted to log in with your username (your email address on file with AAOMS) and password. If you do not recall your password, select “I forgot my password” and password reset instructions will be emailed to you. (Note: If you do not recall the email address you have on file with AAOMS or the system does not recognize your email address, stop and contact AAOMS headquarters at 800-822-6637 for assistance before proceeding. If you are prompted to enter your contact information, you will not be connected to your existing profile and membership history.)
New registrants:
You will be prompted to enter a name, address, phone number and a password so an account can be created in order to register for the conference. - You will be taken through a series of screens to choose sessions and add – if attending in-person – emergency contact and badge information for you and your spouse/children.
- After you complete your registration, you will be able to register other attendees by clicking the Register Someone Else button. Note: You will need a separate and unique email address for each person you register for the conference. General emails such as [email protected] should not be used.
- Payment must be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa at the time of registration. You will receive an on-screen notification when your payment and registration have been accepted, followed by a payment confirmation email. Each registrant with a valid email address will receive a conference registration confirmation via email. Please retain a copy of the confirmation for your records.
If you need to change your registration after you receive the confirmation, fax a copy of the confirmation with a note of the changes and your payment information to the AAOMS registration department at 847-678-6279. This is a secure fax number.
AAOMS residents can access the online program at no cost. Registration for online-only access is required.
Note for AAOMS allied staff members: If you have applied for AAOMS allied staff membership but have yet to receive confirmation of your membership, you will not be able to receive the reduced allied staff membership registration rate. Please wait until your membership is confirmed before registering online for the Dental Implant Conference. If you have not completed an application and would like to become an allied staff member, visit AAOMS.org/AlliedStaff and complete the application process. Retroactive refunds will not be issued for applications received after the online Dental Implant Conference registration process has been completed.
To register by mail or fax, download and complete a registration form PDF using the links above. The advance registration deadline is Oct. 31. Registration fees vary based on the date your registration form is received at AAOMS headquarters. Fees are indicated on the registration form and summarized in the fee table below. Professional OMS staff must include the practice name on their forms. Registration forms must be received no later than Dec. 3 for the in-person registration option and Dec. 31 for the online-only registration option.

Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you within a few days following receipt of your registration form and fees.
Registration Packets
If you register by Oct. 31, your registration packet will be mailed to you in mid-November. Registration packets include conference badges, badge holders and any preconference session tickets purchased.
Bring your conference badge and tickets with you to the conference. You will not need to stand in line to check in onsite if you have already received your badge and tickets.
AAOMS regrets that it is unable to mail registration packets to addresses outside the United States and Canada. All international (non-U.S. and non-Canada) registrants must check in onsite to receive their registration packet.
Registration packets will not be mailed to online-only attendees. Online-only attendees will receive detailed instructions on how to access the online conference closer to the date of the event.
Onsite Attendee Registration Center and Ticket Sales
Conference attendees who have not registered in advance must register at the AAOMS Onsite Registration counter on the Ballroom Level, Chicago East Promenade, of Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk.
Preconference course tickets may be purchased through advance registration. After Dec. 3, tickets (if still available) will only be sold onsite. Because preconference courses have limited attendance, you are encouraged to register early. To add tickets to an existing Dental Implant Conference registration, visit AAOMS.org My Account and follow these instructions.

A processing fee of $75 per registrant will be charged for cancellations of the in-person conference received by Oct. 31. Cancellations received after Oct. 31 are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for the Online-only access option. No refunds will be provided to “no shows.” No refunds will be provided onsite.
