Planning and Registration
To support the needs and preferences of attendees, two registration opportunities are offered:
- In-person conference with on-demand access includes attendance at general sessions as well as access to online recordings until Feb. 28. Didactic preconference courses are available for an additional fee.
- On-demand access only includes recorded general sessions until Feb. 28. Recorded didactic preconference sessions are available for an additional fee. Note: The conference will not be livestreamed.
Recorded in-person content will be added to the online platform and accessible to registrants by Dec. 14. Access will remain available until Feb. 28.
No. The conference will not be available via livestream. The general sessions will be recorded and provided as on-demand content after the conference from Dec. 14 to Feb. 28. Didactic preconference sessions also will be available on-demand for an additional fee.
Participants will be able to access the on-demand content until 11:59 p.m. CST Feb. 28. No extensions can be granted.
Paid tickets are required for the preconference program. If you registered for a preconference session, the ticket is included in your registration packet. Available tickets can be purchased through advance registration. After Nov. 30, tickets (if still available) will be sold on-site at the AAOMS Attendee Registration Center in the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk.
Conference general sessions do not require tickets.
Access to on-demand sessions will be available Dec. 14 through Feb. 28 to registrants only at AAOMS.org/DICprogram by logging in with their email address and eight-digit registration/member ID number.
Yes. To add tickets to an existing Dental Implant Conference registration, visit AAOMS.org/MyAccount and follow the instructions at AAOMS.org/AddDICRegistration.
Registrants also may add a spouse and/or child badge to an existing registration by following the instructions at AAOMS.org/AddDICRegistration.
Tickets (if still available) will be sold on-site at the AAOMS Attendee Registration Center in the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk. Because ticketed sessions and events have limited attendance, early registration is recommended.
Registered attendees who need a replacement badge or tickets should visit the AAOMS Attendee Registration Center in the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk on-site.
On-Demand Access Information and Requirements
Each attendee will be sent platform access instructions to the email account used to register for the conference. Registrants can visit AAOMS.org/DICprogram and log in with their email address and unique eight-digit registration/member ID number. An account may be logged in to only one device at a time. Sharing account access is prohibited. On-demand sessions will be available beginning Dec. 14. Access ends Feb. 28.
The conference platform is compatible with laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones. For optimum access, disconnect from a VPN (if possible). A strong internet connection of 1.4 Mbps is recommended.
AAOMS highly recommends accessing the site through the latest version of the Google Chrome browser for all conference platform features. Internet Explorer is not recommended.
If you have connection or audio issues while accessing on-demand content, check your internet connection, refresh your browser or re-load the session. Also try checking the speaker audio icon or laptop volume. AAOMS highly recommends using the latest version of the Google Chrome browser.
Attendees can access recorded sessions by logging in at AAOMS.org/DICprogram using their email address and eight-digit registration/member ID number. Beginning Dec. 14, all recorded sessions will be available. Access to the conference platform ends at 11:59 p.m. CST Feb. 28, 2027.
Sessions will not be available online during the conference. On-demand access begins Dec. 14.
Visit AAOMS.org/MyCE to claim CE and evaluate sessions. You will need your eight-digit registration/member ID number found in the preconference email or your AAOMS.org profile. The evaluation site will close Feb. 28, 2027.
On-Site Information
