Letter of Invitation and Travel Documents
Please note that, for a variety of reasons, it may take longer than you expect to get a visa to enter the United States. Therefore, if you do require a visa to enter the US, please check with your local United States Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible to acquire the necessary documentation and schedule an appointment for an interview. To request a letter of invitation from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons to help facilitate visa arrangements to the US for the Dental Implant Conference or the AAOMS Annual Meeting, Scientific Sessions and Exhibition, please complete the form below. If you are an oral and maxillofacial surgery resident wishing to attend the AAOMS Annual Meeting, you must also submit a letter in English from your residency program chair.
