Online Access Information and Requirements
Each attendee will be sent platform access instructions to the email account used to register for the conference. On or after Dec. 4, registrants can visit AAOMS.org/DICprogram and log in with their email address and unique eight-digit registration/member ID number. An account may be logged in to only one device at a time. Sharing account access is prohibited.
The online conference platform is compatible with laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones. For optimum access, disconnect from a VPN (if possible). A strong internet connection of 1.4 Mbps is recommended.
AAOMS highly recommends accessing the site through the latest version of the Google Chrome browser for all conference platform features.
Testing your device is an effective way to ensure you are ready to access meeting content. The platform provides a system check tool that runs a series of checks on your computer and web browsers to receive confirmation your device is suitable to use the full potential of the platform.
If you have connection or audio issues while attending a session, check your internet connection, refresh your browser or re-enter the session. Also try checking the speaker audio icon or laptop volume. AAOMS highly recommends using the latest version of the Google Chrome browser.
