Travel and Transportation

Airports servicing the Seattle area

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport offers access to many major airlines and daily flights. The airport is approximately 15 miles from Hyatt Regency Seattle and Seattle Convention Center Summit. More information is available at PortSeattle.org/sea-tac. 

Taxi and ride-share service

At Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, taxis and ride-sharing companies are available from the third floor of the parking garage. One-way rides between the airport and downtown Seattle range from $40-$55.  

Public Transportation

Sound Transit Link Light Rail 
The ride downtown from the airport takes about 45 minutes. One-way fare is $3. From baggage claim at Seattle-Tacoma Airport, head up to the fourth floor and cross the skybridge to the parking garage level. Follow signs to Link Light Rail. Purchase tickets at machines in the station or use the Transit GO Ticket app. Board the northbound train to Northgate and exit at Westlake Station. To reach Seattle Convention Center Summit from Westlake Station, walk three blocks east on Pine Street to the corner of Ninth Avenue and Pine Street. To reach the Hyatt Regency Seattle from Westlake Station, walk two blocks northeast to the corner of Eighth Avenue and Howell Street.
