About e-Books
An e-book is a digital copy of a book that offers the convenience of size and portability. E-books are designed to be read on eReaders, mobile devices, computers and other electronic devices. This title is available as an EPUB file, which offers the benefit of reflowable type that can be sized and formatted to suit your reading preferences.

Downloading and Accessing your e-Book
After purchasing the e-book, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the product and detailed instructions for downloading. You should receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of your purchase.
You can access your digital product any time online:
- Log in at AAOMS.org.
- Select “My Account”
- Under “Purchases” in the left-hand menu of the “My Account” screen, click “Digital Content Access.”
Once the EPUB file has been downloaded to your device, you will no longer need to log in every time you want to read it because it will remain accessible through the software on your device.
Troubleshooting and Support
If there is a problem during download or the file does not download properly, you can return to your account at AAOMS.org at any time to re-download the EPUB file to your device.
