By registering for the course, attendees agree to abide by the COVID-19 safety protocols AAOMS has in place for this event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notifications must be made in writing. AAOMS fellows and members will be charged a $75 processing fee for cancellations received by April 20. Resident members will be charged a $45 processing fee for cancellations received by April 20. Cancellations received after April 20 are not eligible for a refund.
